Silvio Berlusconi è troppo grave, il pm interrompe il processo Ruby-ter

L’ex presidente del consiglio Silvio Berlusconi si troverebbe in condizioni di salute particolarmente gravi, secondo il pm incaricato del caso Ruby-ter.

Pare che Silvio Berlusconi non se la stia passando benissimo, e che sia “seriamente malato e affetto da una patologia severa”. Lo dicono i certificati medici e le consulenze presentate dal pm incaricato del processo in corso sul caso Ruby-ter, a Milano.

Il procuratore aggiunto Tiziana Siciliano ha chiesto che la posizione di Silvio Berlusconi venga “temporaneamente stralciata” da quella degli altri imputati nel caso: “Io credo che Berlusconi stia male per davvero leggendo i certificati medici prodotti nel processo e anche prodotti da diversi consulenti in altri processi come Siena, non ho il minimo dubbio che situazione sia di particolare gravità e nulla fa presagire una situazione veloce”. In poche parole il pm ha chiesto che il processo vada avanti per tutti i coinvolti nel caso Ruby-ter, ma allo stesso tempo dovrebbe essere “momentaneamente congelato” per l’ex presidente del Consiglio a causa delle sue drastiche condizioni di salute.

Alla richiesta del pm si è ovviamente associata anche la difesa di Silvio Berlusconi, capitanata dal legale Federico Cecconi. L’avvocato ha affermato che Berlusconi abbia urgentemente bisogno di “riposo assoluto”, preannunciando la possibilità che l’uomo venga assistito presso una struttura domestica-ospedaliera ad Arcore.  Per il momento la richiesta della Procura deve ancora ricevere risposta dai giudici, e non si hanno dettagli sulle effettive condizioni di salute di Silvio Berlusconi.
