Belen, l’incubo del video a luci rosse: non si è ancora concluso

Belen Rodriguez ha vissuto mesi da incubo per colpa di un video a luci rosse spuntato dal passato. E la legge non ha potuto far nulla per aiutarla.

Qualche tempo fa si è molto parlato del video rubato all’attrice e showgirl Guendalina Tavassi, e con l’occasione si sono riaccesi i riflettori su Belen Rodriguez, una delle prime famose showgirl a essere finita nel mirino del “revenge porn”. Ripercorriamo più da vicino la vicenda.

Belen Rodriguez fece scalpore per un video che la immortalava in un momento molto “intimo”. Era il 2011 e un suo ex fidanzato, sconosciuto al grande pubblico, mise in rete il filmato di un loro rapporto sessuale. Quei fotogrammi così personali diventarono in pochissimo tempo virali, e le immagini a luci rosse finirono sui cellulari e sui computer di milioni di persone. Una volta caricati su tutti i siti porno, si diffusero praticamente ovunque.

In tutti questi anni la showgirl argentina ha cercato in ogni modo di far rimuovere il video dal web, ma l’impresa si è rivelata tutt’altro che semplice e il filmato è ancora presente sui siti per adulti di tutto il mondo. Perché le vittime di questa forma di violenza non riescono a vedersi riconosciuto quel diritto all’oblio di cui tanto si parla? Le ragioni sono molteplici e non tutte chiarissime. A complicare il quadro c’è il fatto che molti server di questi siti sono all’estero, per cui la giustizia italiana – ammesso che si decida a intervenire – non avrebbe gioco facile a ottenere cancellazione di certi video compromettenti.

In un’intervista rilasciata nell’ormai lontano 2017 al Maurizio Costanzo Show, Belen spiegò nonostante avesse denunciato tutto alla Polizia Postale, il video non era mai stato rimosso da internet. Sempre in trasmissione l’argentina parlò con l’allora ministro della Giustizia Andrea Orlando e dichiarò: “A me è successa una cosa del genere e so benissimo come una donna si può sentire davanti a un uomo perfido che espone questo materiale e lo rende pubblico. Sono un personaggio famoso e me ne frega una cifra, però per tutte queste ragazze che non vogliono avere a che fare con l’esposizione mediatica i risultati sono questi”.

Il ministro le spiegò che all’epoca della diffusione del video in questione non esisteva alcuna norma per questo tipo di reato, per cui il suo ex fidanzato non era perseguibile. Poi la situazione è cambiata: finalmente è stata introdotta una legge sul revenge porn e mai come oggi ci si rende conto di quanto sia importante e necessaria.
